Movie Trivia Thread

Why bother with any other forum?
Forum rules
We once roamed the vast forums of Corona Coming Attractions. Some of us had been around from The Before Times, in the Days of Excelsior, while others of us had only recently begun our trek. When our home became filled with much evil, including the villainous Cannot-Post-in-This-Browser and the dreaded Cannot-Log-In, we flounced away most huffily to this new home away from home. We follow the flag of Jubboiter and talk about movies, life, the universe, and everything, often in a most vulgar fashion. All are welcome here, so long as they do not take offense to our particular idiom.

I had to start with Bond. You would have expected nothing less!

Judi Dench has more screen time in Skyfall alone than Desmond Llewelyn had in his 17 films as Q, making her portrayal of M the most common character in the series after Bond himself.

Also, in the opening sequence of Skyfall alone, there were 85 versions of James Bond's Tom Ford suit tailor-made.

I still haven't seen Skyfall.

Here's some movie trivia:

Albert Brooks's real last name is exactly "Einstein."

And David Bowie was born David Jones, and performed as Davy Jones until he got sick of being confused with the Monkees singer, so he changed it. True story.

Now imagine Davy Jones in "The Man Who Fell to Earth" or "Labyrinth." Psychedelic.

He put his old name in a locker.

Duncan still uses the Jones. He doesn't let the Joneses get him down.

I wonder if she's aware that Michael's dad's real name is Issur Danielovitch.

There is another 'pull off' joke to be had here. If only we could find it.

With any luck, the doctor will find it.

With even more luck, the nurse will prep it.
