Michael Douglas is Hank Pym.

Forum rules
We once roamed the vast forums of Corona Coming Attractions. Some of us had been around from The Before Times, in the Days of Excelsior, while others of us had only recently begun our trek. When our home became filled with much evil, including the villainous Cannot-Post-in-This-Browser and the dreaded Cannot-Log-In, we flounced away most huffily to this new home away from home. We follow the flag of Jubboiter and talk about movies, life, the universe, and everything, often in a most vulgar fashion. All are welcome here, so long as they do not take offense to our particular idiom.

Michael Douglas is Hank Pym.

No, not the Michael Douglas who is Michael Keaton.

Here you go.

I think we joked about the possibility of Paul Rudd playing Scott Lang when they wouldn't come right out and say he was Hank Pym, but it looks like he was, indeed, playing Scott Lang.

No, that's because I don't want you to laugh. Laughing means feeling good, and I'll be damned if you'll feel good on my watch!

I know nothing about Ant Man. Should I be starting to care? Is it important?

If it was Pym, there'd be more to know. Basically he shrinks down to ant size and can control ants with his helmet.

I bet Marvel did it to get around the Pym/wife-beating connection. They were probably worried that feminist groups would start protesting days before the release. "Oh, so now we're letting our kids watch movies that glorify wife beaters and turn them into superheroes?! Good move, Hollywood!"

The Westboro Baptists would probably support it.
