Fun Japanese Things

Forum rules
We once roamed the vast forums of Corona Coming Attractions. Some of us had been around from The Before Times, in the Days of Excelsior, while others of us had only recently begun our trek. When our home became filled with much evil, including the villainous Cannot-Post-in-This-Browser and the dreaded Cannot-Log-In, we flounced away most huffily to this new home away from home. We follow the flag of Jubboiter and talk about movies, life, the universe, and everything, often in a most vulgar fashion. All are welcome here, so long as they do not take offense to our particular idiom.

And Astro Boy/Mighty Atom, of course. And Golgo 13 (at 1:51). And other characters I'm probably supposed to recognize.

Tonight Japanese television introducted me to 自然薯 (jinenjo, or "wild yam").

It is an incredibly long and skinny root:

And when you grate it, it instantly turns into white snot-cum which, judging by the yummy sounds they were making tonight, must be orgasmically delicious:

Here you can see them prepare the sticky sticky stuff to be served over rice:

Ol' Beau Watkins could go for a heaping bowl of white snot-cum.

That doesn't have to mean anything. pr0n actors always make yummy sounds when they swallow cum, but you just know it can't taste that good.

Apparently the Japanese are mocked throughout Asia as perverts and deviants. This was stated by a Vietnamese person and agreed immediately by two Singaporeans.

The newest special item at McDonald's Japan: chocolate-covered fries.

In the words of a failed McDonald's ad campaign: "I'd hit it."

Yes, I mean the fries.

No, Fake Strider. Just the fries.

What do they think of Canadians? Besides Lesser Americans, that is.

I wonder whether the fries are salted before they drizzle the chocolate over them.

Salt and chocolate go well together. This is chiseled into Tablet the Third of the Collected Wisdom of Ol' Beau.

We sometimes refer to Canada as "Greater America".
