The Batshit Crazy Republicans Roundup

We once roamed the vast forums of Corona Coming Attractions. Some of us had been around from The Before Times, in the Days of Excelsior, while others of us had only recently begun our trek. When our home became filled with much evil, including the villainous Cannot-Post-in-This-Browser and the dreaded Cannot-Log-In, we flounced away most huffily to this new home away from home. We follow the flag of Jubboiter and talk about movies, life, the universe, and everything, often in a most vulgar fashion. All are welcome here, so long as they do not take offense to our particular idiom.

The Batshit Crazy Republicans Roundup
Roundup time, kids! They're starting early, so I'll start this cycle's thread early as well.
Lindsey Graham announced his intentions today. This one's out of left field and completely delightful. The rest of the field of announced candidates thus far has been distinctly lacking a Southern Belle type.

Right field if we're being political, left field if we're being metaphorical.

Real left/right? Or American left/right that is actually right/more right?

This is all Goiter's fault for making a pun out of my baseball metaphor and just confusing the hell out of poor, rich Dalty in the process.

Also, Mitt Romney just dropped out. Stay tuned for the update a month from now when Mitt Romney drops back in.

She made a very rambly, incoherent speech at a Tea Party conference in Iowa the other day where she said she's "seriously considering" a run in '16.
That's Palinese for "MY NAME HASN'T BEEN IN THE NEWS FOR A WHILE!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!"

You cannot possibly put them on the same level of hateful. There's no argument to be had there, Dalty.

Clinton is a cunt. She's just not as dumb or ignorant as Palin.

If you want to be repeatedly ruled by people from the same families, you might as well just have a monarchy back. Save you all the divisive mudslinging and political hatred every 5 years.

Similar system, slightly less inbreeding.Dalty wrote:If you want to be repeatedly ruled by people from the same families, you might as well just have a monarchy back. Save you all the divisive mudslinging and political hatred every 5 years.

Re: The 2016 Batshit Crazy Republican Presidential Candidate
I dunno, Dalty, that seems awfully harsh. We've reached a point where there just needs to be one branch of government not controlled by Republicans so as to stop whatever regressive, uber religious, dangerous shit they'd pass if left unchecked. Obama is currently filling that role nicely. Hillary would as well.

That said I would pay real money to see Michelle Obama in the job. Just because I think she would awesomely fuck with a lot of people's heads.

Re: The 2016 Batshit Crazy Republican Presidential Candidate
Wouldn't shock me at all if Michelle Obama ran for Illinois Senate at some point. She'd kick ass in any office.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to get back to enjoying the irony of the English man mocking the United States because a few families have consolidated political power over the past 100 years or so.
