Dalty's Adventures in Domestic Bliss

We once roamed the vast forums of Corona Coming Attractions. Some of us had been around from The Before Times, in the Days of Excelsior, while others of us had only recently begun our trek. When our home became filled with much evil, including the villainous Cannot-Post-in-This-Browser and the dreaded Cannot-Log-In, we flounced away most huffily to this new home away from home. We follow the flag of Jubboiter and talk about movies, life, the universe, and everything, often in a most vulgar fashion. All are welcome here, so long as they do not take offense to our particular idiom.

Dalty's Adventures in Domestic Bliss
So, this week I wave a terrified farewell to two years of bachelorhood and move to a place where I have to actually consider the feelings of another human being. This should be fun......... I hope....

Re: Dalty's Adventures in Domestic Bliss
I am getting a little sad and wistful. Don't get me wrong, I love this girl and am excited about sharing my life with her.
However for two years I have been living in my awesome man-cave and not had to consider the needs or feelings of another human. I could do whatever I wanted, when I wanted. I bought a boat, for Christs sake!
All day booze fuelled Netflix sessions - what will become of them?

Is she moving into the Dalty Cave? Are you moving to her place? Have you found neutral ground?

If she makes you sell your dolls, be sure to make her sell her dolls.

It's petty, sure, but those are your fuckin' dolls, man. Make sure she knows the immensity of the sacrifice. The Swollen Goiter of God wrote:If she makes you sell your dolls, be sure to make her sell her dolls.
It doesn't have to be dolls. It just has to be something she loves. Fuckin' make you sell your dolls, man. Shit.

She is moving into the Dalty-cave after relocating here from Saigon to see how things work out.
Dolls are in storage. By dolls I mean old clothes no longer worn to make space in closets. By storage I mean donated to a homeless shelter.

We're gonna legalize Mary-Ju-Wanna here soon, apparently. So my back pain may be a thing of the past.
