Game Of Thrones: Spoiler Thread

We once roamed the vast forums of Corona Coming Attractions. Some of us had been around from The Before Times, in the Days of Excelsior, while others of us had only recently begun our trek. When our home became filled with much evil, including the villainous Cannot-Post-in-This-Browser and the dreaded Cannot-Log-In, we flounced away most huffily to this new home away from home. We follow the flag of Jubboiter and talk about movies, life, the universe, and everything, often in a most vulgar fashion. All are welcome here, so long as they do not take offense to our particular idiom.

Re: Game Of Thrones: Spoiler Thread
That was amazing. I did think there would have been something simply elegant in Snow just beating Bolton to death with his bare hands, but Sansa being a stone cold bitch at the very end was worth it.

That battle with the camera on Snow, showing the pure luck in a melee battle that sometimes has to come into play, was amazing. Particularly the horse totalling that guy just behind him who would have charged him.

I genuinely think I had a little anxiety moment during that episode.

I genuinely thought they might off him again, for good this time. I thought Bolton might have a hidden dagger when on the ground at Winterfell too - the last act of a real bastard!

The last time I shouted at the TV it was "Climb those fucking stairs and get on that damn boat you mad little bastard!" when Tyrion turned around after being let out of the dungeon by Jamie.

That was maybe the best battle scene I've ever seen. A fantastic combination of epic scale and close-up action.

Is that the post-show behind the scenes thing? Then yes. Seems like they studied and considered everything carefully.

It really was an amazing hour of television.
But good outcomes happened to good people. This is GoT, so expect next week to ruin it for everyone.

Re: Game Of Thrones: Spoiler Thread
Well, I guess Jon Snow is king. This would probably mean more to me if I'd ever seen any of the show.
Having these spoilers shoved in my face doesn't make me want to rush out and start watching. Thanks, Alabama Facebook Friends.

Re: Game Of Thrones: Spoiler Thread
Well, there's being King and then there's being KING and tonight's episode just opened a question regarding the latter. Good stuff, and I made sure to watch as soon as I got home to avoid the spoilers.

Re: Game Of Thrones: Spoiler Thread
I want the score from tonight's episode (particularly the staggering first ten minutes) to magically appear on my phone and I'd like it done two weeks ago.
Thank you kindly.

Has there been a King of Alabama since Wallace died? The Swollen Goiter of God wrote:Well, I guess Jon Snow is king. This would probably mean more to me if I'd ever seen any of the show.

And when Dany's fleet arrives..... no wildfire left. Blackwater Bay will not be repeated. Cersei will fall.

Jon Snow will marry Dany and that will just be that, right? They can rule happily ever after?

Sure, the whole tenor of the show has been leading to that.

Re: Game Of Thrones: Spoiler Thread
My thoughts exactly. It's been awfully light and airy with a spirit of cooperation amongst leaders thus far.
