What are you playing right now?

Played Watchdogs. Really interesting game. Like the hacking, driving is not as much fun as GTA though. Also got Dragon Age:Origins but haven't played that yet

I also downloaded "Watchdogs" but haven't got to try it yet.
I did just finish "Mafia 3". I enjoy it's story and attempt to make you feel like a capo but towards the end I just went all Punisher...cept with less shooting.
Man I wish they would put out another Punisher game, the one with Tom Jane was awesome.

I spent a lot of time playing the one on the Game Boy. I still have it, and I still play it on occasion. Spidey is a guest star. (This made it superior, to my mind, to the NES version.)

The Mummy tie-in game is actually an old school, side scrolling, metroid style game.
This makes it worth a buy, and also really fun/hard.

I have played Watchdogs and still trying to get into it. The hacking is cool but seems like a one trick pony. Does it get more interesting? Is it more or less GTA with the hacking thing?

Re: What are you playing right now?
I got a PsTV late last year and recently "patched" it so that I can play almost all of my PS Vita games on it (minus those that completely require touchscreen).
Currently cycling between "Shantae Half-Genie Hero", "Puyo Puyo Tetris", and "Hue." Started "Final Fantasy X" - I've only played previously a tiny bit of VIII. My brother's a huge Final Fantasy nut, so that's the primary motivation for trying it. Still not sure about it.

Re: What are you playing right now?
The only FF game I played is VII, mostly out of curiosity since it was so wildly popular. I can certainly see its appeal, but it never became one of my all-time favorite games. I think the story is just too convoluted or too cryptic. The non-linear way in which you can access certain parts of the game probably contributes to that feeling and it also throws off the pacing. You can go through most of the game without "discovering" a potential member for your party and by the time you find them, you don't really have much time anymore to get to know and care for them. Like, if you discover Red XIII or Vincent when you've almost beaten the whole game, they're not going to factor very much into your experience of the game. I'm not sure how other games in the series compare to it in this regard.

Re: What are you playing right now?
I've only played the first Final Fantasy game. I like it. It's been a while. I remember it as being like something halfway between Legend of Zelda and Pokemon.
I keep meaning to replay StarTropics. I really liked that game as a kid--possibly because the jumping reminded me of the post-Roc's Feather feel of Link's Awakening. I like how aggressively it tries to appeal to the American market.
I blew my What-are-you-playing-right-now? load in the other thread, unfortunately. I've done a lot more reading than playing. That's another thread I should add an update to.

Set aside FFX for now. Finished Hue, then moved on to Undertale. Undertale is pretty great.

A couple of days ago and installed Titan Quest. I remember this game from childhood, and recently got the reissue. Nostalgia...
