You can only see the head portion in the photo and it's difficult to say whether the costume is awful simply based on that. I don't think it's that bad. What don't you like about it?

I don't think it's great, but I don't think it's bad. Looks at least as good as some movie cowls. His is the kind of costume that's pretty impossible to make look decent in the real world, so I take this as a modest win. Granted, the rest of the costume could look totally stupid, and his cowl might look stupid when not seen in profile.
