A woman complained about her U.S. Airways flight on twitter. In response, US Airways tweeted back "We don't like to hear this, Alex. Please provide feedback to our Customer Relations team here:" but instead of a link to provide feedback, there was a photo of a woman using a model airplane as a dildo.
