I am about 50% done with the game, and I just realized I can't progress the story. After finishing the last storyline mission, I was supposed to get a new contact for missions. After doing some side missions I realized I didn't see the icon for him.

While I love sandbox games, there's nothing more frustrating than not being able to continue them. Based on some googling, it appears that that occasionally happens where the game doesn't trigger the next mission. Basically, it appears the only option is to revert to an earlier save or restart all together. Thanks Rockstar!

Imagine how frustrating it was before forums and websites where people shared this stuff! You could be wasting hours.
