See, audible.de's current promotion is that, on every day the German team plays a World Cup game, Audible will give away a Kindle Fire per German goal to people who bought an audiobook on that day. My weekly email from audible.de clarifies that the Kindle Fire promotion only applies to these group games (Vorrunden) and not the next rounds of the tournament - so just on June 16, 21, and 26.

I know it would be frowned upon, but why wouldn't Germany and USA just make a gentleman's agreement to play to a draw, insuring that they both advance to the knock-out round?
