Updates to Logging in at Corona

Why bother with any other forum?
Forum rules
We once roamed the vast forums of Corona Coming Attractions. Some of us had been around from The Before Times, in the Days of Excelsior, while others of us had only recently begun our trek. When our home became filled with much evil, including the villainous Cannot-Post-in-This-Browser and the dreaded Cannot-Log-In, we flounced away most huffily to this new home away from home. We follow the flag of Jubboiter and talk about movies, life, the universe, and everything, often in a most vulgar fashion. All are welcome here, so long as they do not take offense to our particular idiom.

Blockbuster has gone bankrupt and closed down here. Has it happened there too?

I liked Blockbuster. Manager of the local store was a movie fan.

Sometimes, movie fans get jobs working at a video store. Sometimes, they don't get the job.

Then they have to worry about how they're going to be able to afford their health insurance, and they're left wondering what it was about them that made them not get the job. I mean, that first interview was fantastic. And the timed test? Why, they were told it was the highest score anybody'd made in ages. Ages! Was in that second interview? Was it because they were fat? Maybe the person who got the job was in better shape. I mean, what the fuck? Are they even employable anymore?

I'm speaking about a friend.

It might be when you, sorry, your friend, not only aced the test but corrected their mistakes on the form and occupied the other side of the sheet with a rambling missive on the adventures of a random equine.

That would usually do it.

This friend doesn't care for horses. He's a Bears fan. He's writing an ongoing series about a magical bear named Orso. He was an Italian fascist during World War II. His archenemy was an ancient Roman bear fighting for the resistance. Her name? Major Ursa.
