China is not expansionist, and Russia isn't doing anything the US hasn't done time and again in recent decades.

Iran, however, is a relatively soft target that can be bombed back to the stone age without ground troops. That's what the foreign policy right wingers of the Democratic Party, such as Hilary, along with her Republican fellow travelers, have wanted for years now.

I would not classify it as "expansionism," as in Tibet or Xinjiang. More like great power maneuvering. The Spratleys have been contested by many nations for several years, and China is merely establishing dominance in her rightful sphere of influence.

As far as Russia is concerned: I'm not here to defend Putin's actions, but I don't see how the US government has the moral authority to offer condemnation--particularly if such jeremiads are coming from the Valkyrie-esque Mrs. (Ms.?) Clinton.
