It's different. It makes Thursday's jerk the same as Tuesday's Jerk. I'm going to have to double next week's Thursday jerk to even things out.

Prince was kind of a dick. There was the constant proselytizing, the contract breaking, the Kevin Smith thing, the Weird Al thing, the Charlie Murphy thing, the mild homophobia (also known as "the Michael Jackson thing"), and that thing where Prince made it so that anybody who uploaded any of Prince's studio tracks to YouTube got slapped with a cease-and-desist.

Okay, with that post from Goits I feel like I'm in a safe enough space to say this over here. I'm pretty sure I'm the only person in Minnesota not devastated (or pretending to be devastated) by the death of Prince. He's in that Michael Jackson camp for me, honestly. I can certainly see a talent there, not really my type of music, and both of them were just weird, weird dudes.

I work, oh, 15-20 minutes from he was found today and it's all anybody could talk about once the news got out. I'm already tired of hearing about it, honestly.

Loved Prince. Liked his style, attitude, demeanour and of course the music.

Sad day for music lovers.

I retract most of this post. There's a giant dance party going on in front of First Avenue right now and anybody who inspires something like that is a-okay in my book.
