Constantine TV series on NBC

We once roamed the vast forums of Corona Coming Attractions. Some of us had been around from The Before Times, in the Days of Excelsior, while others of us had only recently begun our trek. When our home became filled with much evil, including the villainous Cannot-Post-in-This-Browser and the dreaded Cannot-Log-In, we flounced away most huffily to this new home away from home. We follow the flag of Jubboiter and talk about movies, life, the universe, and everything, often in a most vulgar fashion. All are welcome here, so long as they do not take offense to our particular idiom.

Goits will be happy that Goyer is writing the pilot.

You could probably do something with "Lucy" or "Seward."

Mmmmm. You learn not to get too excited about DC adaptations. I'm still bitter about The Books of Magic...The Swollen Goiter of God wrote:I can't wait not to see it!

Didn't know they adapted that. Sounds like I'm better off not knowing about it.

So they have cast him.
Wasn't there talk of doing some so called 'Dark Universe' stuff as a combined effort?

Are fans going to be OK with his being played by a Welshman, or are they still going to bitch about how any non-Liverpudlian Constantine is CINO?

I am late in replying, but yes I do like trench coats.
Also read that Castiel on Supernatural was designed to resemble Constantine as a joke or something.
Also I liked the movie, Reeves is cool with me. Though it felt more like an adaptation of the Nightside books.

I guess they didn't have the balls to put a cigarette in his mouth. That, or they're legally not able to. It does look like there's a hint of smoke swirling around him, so I guess they made do.

I'd have to research, but I'm fairly sure that's not allowed on broadcast TV anymore. I'll go research. It's a slow day at work today. The Swollen Goiter of God wrote:I guess they didn't have the balls to put a cigarette in his mouth. That, or they're legally not able to.
