I am saying he might suggest this. I looked the name up before I made the post to see if it was a real name or a George R. R. Martin creation. I found the name attached to a white person--or, rather, to a person who appeared to me to be someone most would consider white. I don't know her heritage. I don't even know if she's a she--genetically or otherwise. It's possible it's the same white person you know, since the person appears to live in St. Louis. She also appears to be a friend of a mutual friend or two of ours.

Of course, my belief that he might suggest this depends on whether or not the alternative spelling stereotype is a transatlantic stereotype. Is it, Dalty?
