I watched MI:II again a few weeks ago and was actually surprised. It is worth a revisit.

Their website is still promoting a new album and big show in Los Angeles to come in March 2015.

I didn't even realize M:I-2 still *had* a website.

A big show, minus the arson and rape.

One Would Hope.

I had to go back a page to remind myself which band we were talking about. I'd already managed to push them out of my mind again.

I remember the first time I ever saw the music video for "Rollin'." It had me on the floor with laughter. There'd been radio silence from the band for a while, so I'd started to think maybe they'd called it quits.

It's just so clearly an attempt to start a dance fad, and the models dancing in the video all just look so fucking stupid. I remember thinking, Well, that's it for this Garth-Brooks-looking, backward-hat-wearing nu metal idiot chode, but that shitty piece of shit was actually embraced by the band's few remaining fans, and it even managed to chart.

I feel a little bad for Wes Borland. He had an interesting aesthetic and seemed to have some real talent. He got away from the band for a while, but I think they eventually drew him back in.

When I hear the name Wes Borland, I think of Westmoreland.

I can only assume that's one of your many offices.

I can only assume "West. More land." were the instructions he recently gave to his real estate agent.
