For Negs. Yummy stuff!

Why bother with any other forum?
Forum rules
We once roamed the vast forums of Corona Coming Attractions. Some of us had been around from The Before Times, in the Days of Excelsior, while others of us had only recently begun our trek. When our home became filled with much evil, including the villainous Cannot-Post-in-This-Browser and the dreaded Cannot-Log-In, we flounced away most huffily to this new home away from home. We follow the flag of Jubboiter and talk about movies, life, the universe, and everything, often in a most vulgar fashion. All are welcome here, so long as they do not take offense to our particular idiom.

It'll be approximately this:

1 box = ~$3 for the mix, ~$17 for shipping = $20
2 boxes = ~$6 for the mix, ~$24 for shipping = $30
3 boxes = ~$9 for the mix, ~$32 for shipping = $41
4 boxes = ~$12 for the mix, ~$40 for shipping = $52

We can't ship more than 4 lbs. worth with first class shipping, so four boxes is the limit unless we go priority.

You don't often see people quoting Commandant Lassard.
He had many, many fine quotes.

And great taste in goldfish.

Hit me up for 4 boxes. You need to add misc. expenses like the trip to Red Lobster in the first place.

You almost can't buy an oven that isn't a fan oven here.

I presume a broiler is a grill?
Broiler function is just the top heating element, and you move the shelf up so the food sits underneath.

I made the mistake today of buying some Dark Chocolate Roasted Pistachio Toffee at Trader Joe's today. O. M. G. I may end up putting on 50 pounds and not caring, this stuff is so amazing.

Boiler function, of course, is even simpler than broiler function. You just throw your meat on it, and it browns.

Broiler. Yup, that's what we call a grill.

Liner is OK, but aircraft carrier can be very leathery.

Aircraft carrier cooks faster. I recommend a few quick flips for a good sear. Some recommend beating your meat first if you're going to cook in a carrier boiler, but I feel like that compromises the structural integrity of the flesh and leads to an uneven cook.

My new bedroom was only 68 this morning. Old house, crummy insulation. Must adjust the storage heaters and seek alternative sources.

68 Degrees Celsius would be 154 Degrees Fahrenheit. I think your heaters work a little too well.

I borrowed the heater from my parents. They had it set on old money. They know this.

You are a big baby. We keep our heat at 68 during the day, and it goes down to 63 at night. 68 is comfy, not cold.

Of course, when I grew up my parents hadn't insulated my basement bedroom, and one winter week it got so cold in my room my roll-on deodorant froze.

I used to turn the heat all the way down when I lived by myself. I wasn't allowed to turn it off, thanks to the building's policy. It would kick on when things got below 55 Fahrenheit, I think. I also lived on the top floor, so all my downstairs neighbors unwittingly passed their heat on to me.

I was cheap. I don't even like heat. Why should I pay for that shit? Sometimes the pilot light would go out, and the place would get really cold. I took my time relighting it. I'd walk around in my underwear for a bit and enjoy the cold. I could see my breath. It was bliss. I figured as long as I could move my toes and fingers, things were A-OK.

I'd turn the heat on when I knew I'd have visitors, and I'd make sure to put socks on and get under a comforter before going to bed at night. I have nerve damage, so it's best to stay safe. I worry sometimes that I will freeze in my sleep and lose a foot to hypothermia.
